Office templates

Did You know that the office package that you are using has a template feature? A template is a special type of document was designed to serve as a model for new documents.

Yes, Word, PowerPoint and Excel have thousands of templates which you can amend according to your needs.

If only I knew this when I’ve got my first job, life would have been a lot easier for me.

I will now explain in detail how you can access them.

First step is to create a new document (word, powerpoint or excel);

Then, from the File Menu choose option New;

All you need do from this point is to choose a template and change as you wish; the search can be done by category (business, personal etc.) or by key words (calendar, cv etc).

There are countless options available, from a CV model, business plan, brochure to organizational charts or any type of planner (including baby showers or bachelorette parties).
